Enhanced Cardmarket Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025-08-11These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Enhanced Cardmarket browser extension (“Service”), provided by an independent developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The Service adds optional enhancements to the Cardmarket.com website. Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are processed securely via Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must have an active Cardmarket.com account to use the Service. The Pro subscription is tied to your Cardmarket username, which is verified during purchase.
3. Pricing and Billing
Pro is offered at €3 per month or €30 per year. Prices may change with prior notice. All billing is handled by Paddle.com.
4. Cancellations and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel any time via your Paddle customer portal link (provided in your purchase email).
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (see below). Renewals are non-refundable once processed.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cardmarket.com.
7. Relationship with Cardmarket.com
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cardmarket.com. The Service depends on Cardmarket’s website functionality, which may change at any time. Features may be modified, disabled, or removed without notice if:
- • Cardmarket.com changes its site in a way that breaks the feature, or
- • Cardmarket.com requests that a feature be removed.
We reserve the right to discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.
